The Eastmorland Community Association serves those who live, work and visit the neighborhood. Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and are open to the public.

Eastmorland is a cohesive neighborhood on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin near Lake Monona and Olbrich Park. Though the earliest homes in Eastmorland were built in the 1920s, the Eastmorland Community Association was founded in 1957.

Eastmorland is bounded on the north by Highway 30, Stoughton Road (Highway 51) on the east, Cottage Grove Road on the south and Lake Monona/Atwood Avenue and Starkweather Creek on the west.
